It is a much flatter profile than most regular gyutos.
And from the way they sold out the previous times they were offered....a very popular one!

As I spent most of the day starting into computer screens, I've just really enjoyed hobbies that involve analog focus, sharpening, golf, lifting, just things you actually have to focus on without having a second screen going.

Have mostly 210/8 inch knives, but the more I cook the more I see the benefits of going longer... Just don't have to saw back and forth as much on bigger ingredients.
