Anybody else having trouble loading chefknivestogo.com? Just some normal maintenance?

Really enjoyed reading your review and seeing the photos. I'm just beginning to get into sharpening, and I find it helpful to see the results on steel after reading your descriptions!

Are these similar to the horizontal water wheel setups for knives?

This sounds pretty exciting! I really like the boxes that some of the japanese knives come in, but they often need additional packing/packaging inside or a thin cardboard cover on the blade to protect it.

Congratulations! Only recently discovered, but have already had amazing interactions before, during and after placing orders!

Mark, do you guys have a private showroom? Staffing a brick and mortar open to the public seems like it could be a distraction.
