Re: Food truck advice
What everyone is saying makes sense from all aspects. The homework will be up to me to see if it is feasible. Our downtown Charlotte or uptown depending on where your from has drastically changed due to a bad riot a few years ago, after that darn near every restaurant and I mean established names li...

Re: Food truck advice
Thank u so much for the info. The more information the better. Rather go slow and check out how many around than jump in. I have noticed a decline in the trucks in the area here close to charlotte. You may have hit the reason head on. Thank you for your time and info.

Re: Food truck advice
Pretty much home town for now and if goes well my friend, branch out from there. Always owned car, truck, radiator and welding shops plus the knife sharpening so this is uncharted territory for me.

Re: Home garlic-butter-parm wings and summer time tater salad
Thank you Jeff. Not fancy just scratching a itch for some southern food. The lady wanted it along with Baked beans but they got wiped out before the other. O well if it is all eaten than something must be rite. Peace my friend

Home garlic-butter-parm wings and summer time tater salad
Not up to chef standards like some on her but this was a slam dunk around the Bullman houshold. Garlic-butter-parm with scallions wings and my own summertime tater salad that goes quick.

Love good swarf, (may be boring but you would be suprised the questions i get on it)
20190507_174605.jpg I get alot of questions on what is swarf, to the seasoned sharpeners i know this will be boring but its all about showing and helping. 8k shiro rika and yoshihiro 10 pictured with a Messermeister Mu Santoku shown for reference. Edge turned out great for a home edge with shine an...

New Yahiko VG10
Spent some money with mark and got a great 240 Yahiko with custom handle. Just starting to make a edge that i want even though it came out of the box sharp. Only took it up to a 3k splash and go Gessin before i had to quit for work. Will be thinning her out some more and taking her up to a very fine...

Re: Ruike pocket knives. Seeing more and more of these.
Amen to that nevrknow. I know how good your edges are and they put most if not all to shame. I had several banchmades but they got lost during my last move including about 10 or more of my good chef knives, talk about wanting to cry. I have had many kershaws and they work great especially for under ...
