My 170mm Kohetsu bunka :D atleast at my current jobs, I can finish all my tasks with that blade, such a great workhorse

i dont use a petty but i see you use the kikuichi sweedish gyoto, which is my favorite knife for sure, i also have a takeda but something about the kikuichi is exactly what i look for in a knife

Mac nakiri, hard to scratch, gets a wicked edge, holds that edge for a long time. handle isnt great
