With a 5mm spine at handle, how does the grind compare to the Kato workhorse?

That is a beauty. Two questions: where does the knife balance out (blade forward)? And, can we have a spine shot to see the distal taper please!

And a more than great price... It was already a bargain at $278 and those were old prices too. $230 is a bargain. I would take this if I didn't just blow my budget on a honyaki!

Damn nice looking TF and worth mentioning that it has the 4 kanji not the normal 2. This means it's been processed to a higher level than normal.

So I can't believe I passed on the masamoto KS a few months back, thinking it was too short a height blade. Omega was the lucky one to get it which is great.

Now I really want one. Let me know if you have one that needs a new home!
