I got a masakage kumo santoku and long story short this thing is really nice looking and cuts some things nice but the main thing I work with all the time being onions this knife sticks to like CRAZY. does anyone else have this issue? I think I am going to try to return it to the store I got it from...

I just got this knife today It is the masakage Kumo santoku.... beautiful... very. it came very sharp and it cuts through things like cucumbers quite well. though where I had MAJOR issues is when I went to dice an onion. Working in a professional environment there is no way I can deal with this down...
