I know you want wood, but I am totally amazed by Hasegawa cutting boards. Easy to keep clean, come in many sizes, light and much much easier on your edges than wood. Otherwise I have excellent experiences with the Boardsmith as well

I'm open to a lot! Prefer honyaki knives, kato is always a good option as well, stones that excel at polishing bevels, partial cash offers, other rare knives, happy to hear anything basically.
