Sometimes higher end knives do out perform and are worth keeping .. so I keep that. Sometimes higher end knvies are only 2% better and aren't worth the 3x cost increase .. so I sell those. Sometimes my "basic" knives surprise me how enough-for-me they are and I have a life-decision-questin...

At 50% Kramers are really good value. Though you probably won't use all the knives so that lessens things a bit.
