People don’t use my knives, if for some reason they think it’s alright they will not do it again. No matter where your at on the totem pole people need to respect your tools. When 212 degrees is room temp, 350 degrees is warm, and 600 degrees is hot. And burns that dont blister instantly aren't worth a thought. And the only thought is to make sure it doesn't pop. Not sure if this happens to anyone else but I have to remember to drain my burn blisters because my callouses...
