Nakiris are designed as little compact choppers. Although they can vary in profile, grind etc. Definitely you should try one or multiple. They aren't everyone's cup of tea, but they can be beloved by others. I personally like them, even though I don't buy alot of them and have sold them besides my 2...

Fms are phenomenal! They still sell out relatively quick compared to many other lines. It's nice that they are available to. I don't hope for them to be overly coveted, so that people can think they are in the cool group if they have one and you got to sit at your computer all day hoping to get one ...

This isn't what you're asking, but I'll just admit to buying my dream cleaver and then selling it without really using it (just dry testing). It became very clear to me that I'd have to completely change my technique to really get into it at all, and it also became clear that cleaning it and drying...
