Takeda 225mm - SOLD!

Bought a while back from an individual. Tried to like it but only used it for 5 minutes and it became a drawer queen. Time to let it go and try something else. It is still a Takeda just not THE Takeda for "me". I didn't even attempt to replace the handle. Which is rare for me. :) Slight patina on th...

Don't use it...that is really the best option. See if you can transfer the photos to a different host.
THIS!

That fix only works for you and your browser. Everyone else will have to install it to see your PB photos.

Especially on here. You would be hard pressed to find nicer people anywhere else. But I may be prejudiced about this place.

Ironwood Burl

Golden Hopea Burl

ironwood. Not burl but nice figure to me. 2 huge blocks and 1 biggish. I should have plenty of handles in short order. :)

Single layer of bubble wrap. Box 2 inches wide than the stone. Remaining space filled with some newspaper.

I'm guessing both.

Re: Shipping a stone

Reached back out to the seller. Amends were made. Call me impressed. Not sure what did it but glad it happened. I realized something after that. There seems to be many of us here, but in the real world, we are a small community. So glad to see someone step up and make things right. Maybe something w...

Re: Shipping a stone

I have reached out. Once I cooled down a little. :) I will see what happens. And no way was it anyone on here. That I know of. But I will out him to save any one else this kind of " transaction". That's the worst part. I have bought from people that I would gladly send $$ to and wait if I had to. I ...

Love it when you get feedback after time has passed. Gives you a longer term perspective on completed projects. Did you just stack them with epoxy?
