It's been a number years since I had the GE,.but it was either 12.5k or 15k for the highest flow. My current LG is 18k and 12.5k on the top two. The 18k works best with a wok, but aside from that, either work well for higher output.

I bought a new gas stove a bit over a year ago. All I can say is that the 5th burner in the middle is useless because the heat output is super low. So, don't pay extra for that. 101% agree. Got an LG with the 5th burner in the middle. You just can't fit 5 pans on the stove unless they are all tiny ...

To the OP, if you are interested in pellet grills, let me know. I have used and have owned many. I can probably shave a few hours off your research and point you in a good direction.
