I honestly think I’d regret it. I have three Nakiris, originally bought four with the idea to keep two. After I listed it I left it out on the counter all weekend and today decided to keep the it. It’s an addiction.

The Takayuki just was restocked. It’s the type of knife I would consider for a one and done. Steve’s video has a lot of positive comments.

I substituted the Santuko you linked for the 120mm. Im going to move forward, I’ll send you a Pm when they arrive. I’ve been wanting to check out that folder and the Kogatana. The Bunka and Santuko may just be a catch and release but you never know.
