Guess I'm not sure what's going on here. Technically still available, though waiting for a response from the person I told could buy it.

WTS CCK Stainless Cleaver
Used twice. Stropped on a ceramic rod once just a couple times. Surprisingly good cutter. Actually decent food release, mainly because ingredients have to climb so high and eventually fall off. This was my first cleaver and it didn't take much for me to realize I'm not much of a cleaver guy. In virt...

WTS Fujiwara FKM Sujihiki 270mm
Brand new, never used. I threw away the original box because I thought I'd never get rid of it. Turns out things change! I just don't have a need for it. In my my current job I don't need any knives! Crazy feeling. I do have a tojiro 300mm slicer box that I can package it in. Or I can just package i...

Re: Weird question
Epoxy seemed like the right substance, but you have to buy a lot for so little an application. You're right Jeff, idk how to keep it from getting all over the knife. Apply one drop at a time from a pinhead?

Re: Weird question
The thing you have to keep in mind is that any substance one might use that is not 100% permanently fused to the knife is likely to end up in some food. And that is definitely not a good outcome. Yep. My initial thought as well, that's why I thought of nail polish, then thought well if you can't we...

Weird question
Can a person fill in kanji with some sort of liquid that will set in? Thinking of the look you see on masamoto or sukenari knives where it's embossed and filled with black something. Thought it would be cool to fill in kanji on a kohetsu as.aybe even with different colored stuff. Is this dumb?

Seems like real respirators are the only good option. Thought this from the beginning. The filters last a long time, they're reusable, washable, effective, etc...

Re: No service interruptions.
Alright, so I'd like to get some of these. I know we're not emergency or healthcare, but we are "mission essential" and I think it's a good thing to try and keep people safe and fed who are serving our country and are called upon to help our community in the Black Hills during emergencies....

I work at an air Force Base and we are trying to continue to run food service to airmen who aren't allowed to leave the base. I'm wondering if they'd like us to have some of these masks behind the scenes there

Back on the main topic, why kanji? Wouldn't futhorc be more appropriate for your region?

I'm kinda torn between Western and wa. Western would be very unique, but I love wa handles
