I decided to try my hand at making custom handles for two Itto-Ryu knives I bought. They totally deserve better handles .
This video is Part 1 of 2, which shows the finished handle on the 210 Gyuto. Part 2 will follow once I finish the second handle and install it on the 175 Nakiri. I have new found respect for handle makers, that's for darn sure!
