Cool! How does the change in balance affect the feel of the knife? I've always felt Victorinox lack a feel of density and the nice feedback that comes from a harder blade with a harder handle. Does this handle change those aspects at all?

Comments: I'm short, a home cook, prefer lighter, thinner blades, and own mostly Konosukes but have used over a dozen brands.
