Danzo handlework
Danzo handlework
I wanted to create a thread for all my handlework. If you have any questions please ask. I’ll try and start posting in the same order they were made.
First post is a few pictures from my first western rehandle. Masahiro VC in spalted maple and red liners

Re: Danzo handlework
Stabilized wenge on a ux10. This one was challenging but super fun I remember. A nice wedding gift for some friends
Re: Danzo handlework
Misono honesuki Frankenstein conversion, makes an excellent chicken slayer. This thing parts about 100 turkeys during thanksgiving week. Single piece bocote with exaggerated taper
Re: Danzo handlework
A few shuns coming up. This one is ironwood with turquoise reconstitute and nickel spacers

Re: Danzo handlework
Next little shun is bocote, stag antler and black g10. This combo looks great, more of this style coming up and currently on the work bench
Re: Danzo handlework
Next is another shun. Similar to the last one except the customer was “against” stag antler. Whatever, acrylic racing stripe it is. Shuns are actually really fun to rehandle. If any of you want one hmu

Black palm with red and white acrylic racing stripes
Mounted on tesshu mazaki k-tip. I stupidly sold it once and it was lost in the Wild for two years but now she’s home.

Just the one photo of this one. Itinomonn stainless with double streaked horn, padauk, and copper spacers. Loved this combo
Re: Danzo handlework
Stag antler and bocote with thin brass spacer. Very sexy combo here. Mounted on a sweet Ashi ginga 210 petty, magic wand.
Re: Danzo handlework
Oval African Blackwood and marble horn with red g10 spacer. Fitted on 240 Toyama. Such a great knife
Re: Danzo handlework
Kramers are fun to rehandle. Even though the knives themselves aren’t all that, they sure look nice. Dynamite piece of spalted maple with black liners in spine only.
Re: Danzo handlework
Wish I had more pictures of these two. Fun little side project sgain dubh. The blades themselves were purchased from some online site. So just the handlework here.
