This is a western deba I bought at kamata in Tokyo. I don't know who manufactured it, but I'm pretty sure it's aogami #2, although considering my non-existant Japanese, it's very possible something got lost in translation. Anyway, it came with this beautiful blue patina across the kurouchi on one side, and more of a rainbow patina on the other side. I'm really fond of it. Out of curiosity, does anyone know if this effect has a name? Thanks!
