Straight off the kitayama to the strop. Razor sharp

Still getting used to that stone but now that I understand it I like it. Worked great on Swedish steel. One of my favorite French or European brands beside the F.Dick. I got the 10 inch chef ill post another day video with the Chambriard tomorrow.

Yes I do actually I just posted one yesterday. I had a older one with over I know 100 videos on her but alias it was my old house and I shut her down as I got things togeather and can't remember the password to save my tail besides I'm 85 lbs lighter now. You tube link. I'll be putting up my giehi I just finished yesterday on a tomato tonight.
