ISEYA-Literally some of the best VG10 33 layers I've ever used

I remember when this was considered the king of kings and it could not be taken any further. Still one of the best chef knife steels around u can get at a good price. I like this better than shun for its edge retention and the pop of the Damascus pattern. Great brand and comes in different layers from 17 to 66 I believe. A little know company in Japan that makes great knives at good prices. A little higher than CKTG on comparable knives but its something different not just run if the mill knives. Edge retention is still best I've seen on this steel. Touched up on 12k NANIWA! THE ISEYA, ENJOY and happy 4th to all and thank you to the ones who served.
