Here's a photo of my Yamashin 210mm Gyuto, which I rehandled with a Purple Heart and Oak handle from Dakota Willison. Pretty painless operaton, as Dakota cut a fairly accurate size slot without me telling him what size that I needed. Probably 10 minutes or so with needle file and then ready for epoxy. Easy transaction w/Etsy and not too bad shipping time across the border from Canada to US.
