330 MM of Suji Honyaki perfection

Mark just sent me a picture of my new Sukenari 330 Honyaki Sujihiki. This was a special order through CKTG. The blade has gone to Matt Delosso for Handle duties. For some reason I cannot copy and paste from my Photo bucket so I will ask Mark to add the picture. I will post pictures of the finished product whenever Matt has it done. Thank you Mark, Sue and CKTG

Both home and traveling Sashimi work. I work with large slabs of fresh Tuna and other finned critters. Though I may use this on other proteins, I will not be using this near bone. I cannot wait until I get it back from Matt to put it through it's paces..

I have a Sukenari Honyaki Yanagiba and it is a devil of a knife. Mine was dressed by Carter Hopkins. I think you are going to love your suji.
