All my knifes I've gotten re-handled by Tony LaSeur. Thought I'd start a thread to keep them all together.

An awesome collection you've put together Kevin and love those handles! Think I like the one on the Kato WH best.
If God wanted me to be a vegetarian he wouldn't have made animals taste so good.

I bought the Toyama Gyuto from Kevin. Absolutely love the handle...and the knife.
Agree with you Jeff....that Kato handle is very sweet.
Nice line up Kevin...very classy!
