Just browsing the brands, and these Yoshito knives look interesting. Watched the quick look product review from Steve G and didn't get the answer I was looking for regarding if the wavy finish is purely cosmetic, or if the pattern can be felt, kinda like a granton edge. Guessing the lack of mention means that they are cosmetic. Either way, very interesting and wish I had the money right now to give them a try.
