Anyone who loves j knives ought to jump into this pass if they can. I've got a Koishi. Never had a knife that flicks thru onions better. Tip is one of the most capable I've come across. Just a really high-level performer.

This hasn't left yet, I apologize it will be going out this Thursday.
I just got slammed with work and the holidays.
What's the current order? I could babysit if you need someone. Work is slow going for me lately.
I don't need a babysitter lol, I need to sharpen it, box it and ship it, you're welcome to fly up and do those :D

Definitely interested if there is still room, Nick. Like the Kamo R2, I would prefer to be between two experienced sharpeners or last on the list. I need more experience before sharpening someone else's knives.

You're after Cutuu
I'll make sure he knows to give it a good edge.

Agree on Nicks generosity. You've encouraged me to want to put my knives in the passaround lineup. I'm super stoked to try this knife.

Heard that. Shocked to be first in line on this one. Just when I get moved to a float position all the time! Lol.

I have two knives from the Koishi series, a bunka and a 210mm gyuto. I really like them. They perform confidently
