Damn, I missed this...if somehow it's still open for one last person let me know. Thanks!
Re: 240mm Sukenari Ginsan
Depending on timing, I may need to be moved in the order. I will be out of town starting this Saturday the 18th through the 27th. Please adjust as needed.

So it sounds like cjmeik is out for the holdiays. J david or Altadan, are you around next week?
Re: 240mm Sukenari Ginsan
That might just be perfect. I'll be out starting the 27th (back on Dec 1), so if the knife can make it my way now I can just send it off before I leavegastro gnome wrote: ↑Tue Nov 14, 2017 10:06 am So it sounds like cjmeik is out for the holdiays. J david or Altadan, are you around next week?

Yes, of course I meant to say that "whatever works best" is fine with me.

Re: 240mm Sukenari Ginsan
Im confused. Gastronone just said cjmeil is out for the holidays and asked if u or altadan were available to get the knive. Am i reading this wrong or misunderstanding?
Re: 240mm Sukenari Ginsan
I must have missed that. Don't listen to me, I am rarely correct about almost everything.

Re: 240mm Sukenari Ginsan
OK, based on the info posted above and geography, I switched up the order.
It will now go:
5. Altadan
6. Cjmeik
7. J David
I have sent PMs to all parties. Cutuu, you should send the knife to Altadan.
Let me know if this doesn't make sense.

Loved this knife.
FANTASTIC knive!
Glad to see some love for this knife. I bought one a couple years ago and still love it. 230mm is a comfortable length. The grind is nicely convexed. Really like this rendition of Ginsan.

Got the package in good condition. She's simple, and beautiful. Simply beautiful.
p.s
Mailing a knife in a tube is perfect.

How about those konos... I went out to the mail just when the inventory-email came in, and by the time I got back, as expected I suppose, all the 210's and 240's were out... Gotta wonder how many there were total.
