Hosted Makoto Sakura SG2 Gyuto 240mm passaround

Hi all,

I am tempted to host a passaround of the Makoto Sakura SG2 Gyuto 240mm jbart style.

I have a preference for the 240 gyuto, but that’s not absolute.

I would like to rehandle the knife, again not a requirement. This would push the value upto $300 if I round down.

Who’s interested? I would love to see 10 people @ $10 a person.

240 or 210, but I'd rather buy the 210 if it's available in the end. Stainless knives are great when family want to help in the kitchen, but most don't like longer knives.

I completely understand why you would want to try the stock handle. Once we have a quorum, I will put it to a simple vote with the majority opinion gets their way.

I would like everyone interested to email their username and shipping address please use Bensbites @ Gmail. I intend on only releasing your shipping address to the person shipping you a knife.

Once we determine the handle and therefor knife value, I will ask for everyone’s payment via PayPal (friends and family)
