I tied in a race against a robot coupe, I still say I won because I had less bad cuts from the onion shifting in the wrong direction. (Caveat, I gained a lead in the peeling/splitting stage, a longer race I might not have won). Plus I hate the onion cloud around them, zero tears going by hand.

But yeah I'd give it a test drive for you
Really, you still cut your onions for French onion by hand? Dude, got to convince the uppers to get a robot coupe. Game changer.
Good luck...

Hey So sorry for the delays guys! I have been trying to source a box for the knife. Even tried to make one(didn't turn out as planned) and I am a little lost. Its going to be shipped in a box I got with one of my knives. Which wasn't the right box for that knife either. Till I can figure this out, Note that I plan on sourcing my own.
It will be shipped out tomorrow

Got the knife today and it seems to be in great shape, haven't had a chance to really look yet, I work a prep shift on Saturday and should be able to give it a proper workout. Thanks again for the opportunity. I do need shipping info for the next person up.

It survived the madness of tonight, I'll post some more details when I have time in the review section. Dakota, you have made the most unique 240 I've ever used. Fwiw, more good than bad. Definitely one of a kind.

I'm hoping to have this shipped tomorrow, I ran into a slight water emergency and have been teaching myself how to be a plumber the past few days so I haven't really had a moment to get it out the door. I touched it up and oiled it so it should be ready to go, I left the patina on just to show one shifts worth of patina. I wouldn't call the knife too reactive, no smell or discolored foods.

Does anyone have any pix of this knife? I've read the review and it seems like a gem but I can't imagine its profile.

Glad you posted that as I'm an apartment dweller and it got delivered to the front office, but I never got any notice from the mail carrier it had arrived. :|

I'll pick it up today and start giving it a spin tonight. Looking forward to it! :)
