For sale is a nearly new Gesshin Heiji semi-stainless gyuto, 240mm.
This thing is in pristine condition, used to cut only one carrot ever to test the edge.
This one is a littler "better" than standard, depending on your preferences. Jon at JKI took the time to find one that was slightly thinner and even did some work to further improve F&F. An absolutely lovely blade, but I need to raise some funds.
Asking what I paid -- $390. Shipping in CONUS covered. International, I will split it with you 50/50.
