Hello all -

Moving this gem to fund my yearning for a high-end espresso machine.

I put Blue in quotations because, well, who the hell knows. That being said, source is quite reputable so I’m confident.

It’s in great condition. Absolutely fractional tip, which I’ve tried to photograph to be a straight shooter. Used maybe 5-10 times for home meals for one. Never sharpened.

Measurements are 229mm on edge, 49.5mm at heel. I don’t have the best measuring tools, but 5.25mm thick at the back, give or take 0.1mm.
