Top: Meant for 240mm gyuto
Middle: EDRO 270mm sujihiki
Bottom: Meant for 240mm gyuto

As you can see the bottom dark one was altered. I had a short height gyuto that moved around in it a bit much for my liking so I drilled holes in it and put a leather string in the holes to get it to fit better.

I also re drilled a new pin hole on the dark one so it has a lot of holes in general
