Field Skillet #10

Post by nakneker »

This skillet came off their seconds sale, I can’t find the blemish. Anybody who commented on the carbon skillet thread can claim it. 100 post minimum. The skillet and the shipping is on me. Only two requirements is that you posted on the thread before today and that you have a 100 posts.

Gonna do a couple more of these things ... Then I’m gonna do some honey doos and keep the Mrs. happy. I’ll try and sneak in some stone and knife time too, starting to go stir crazy,

Steve, it looks like you have a 100+ posts and that you have commented on the Carbon Skillet thread. It’s yours. PM me your mailing info and let’s get it headed your way. I would ask one additional thing and that is that you review at some point. Enjoy!

I just made caramelized onions in m my #12 to help break it in. The #10 is already going strong. Steve, I think you'll like it.

Steve, skillet is ready to send, just need your mailing info, name and address. I sent you a PM so you don’t have to post it here or you can text it to me at 928-205-9244 if that’s easier. Peace

Maybe Sean has some guitars and firearms lined up for next week 🤷🏻‍♂️

I like where your head is at Sean. I’m gonna rummage through my knife gear to see if there’s anything I can pass along to someone. Two thumbs up Kid Kudos!!! 👍🏻👍🏻

Thanks again for the good words. I just saw Mark and Sue’s post about bringing 10,000 95 masks and 95 respirators into inventory as a non profit way to help. I think thats how we beat this thing, help each other out. Kudos to them.

It's great to see people doing good things for others in these times. I have to admit to being a bit disheartened recently after being laid up over 3 weeks with a new hip replacement. Almost exactly when I went back to work the current situation started and my work was just shut down. Fortunately we can afford to ride this out, but at 64 earning potential is running short on time. I've had WAY too much time to reflect on life and with the loss of my wife's mother 6 weeks ago and my recovery, things haven't been "sunny" in the household. We're financially stable but the emotional boost is greatly appreciated and needed.

I will most certainly find a way to pay this forward soon.
