Don't hate on this one just because its not well known. It is quite a performer. Great food release for a thin knife. Its sturdy and thin behind the edge. The white steel is hardened to 63,64, yet I haven't found it to be chippy. The f&f was rough, but i softened the bad spots. It has a great distal taper and in reality can tackle alot of ingredients well. I just dont use nakiris that much, so its sitting around. I have a shig nakiri that's not getting much action either, so i dont need two chilling in the drawer. Ive sharpened once with a full progression and then some touchups. Sharpens great btw. Also edge can hold up in a pro environment imo. $105 includes paypal fees and shipping. Comes with original box.

Hey, bensibites i could use the cash, but maybe a trade will work. Its frustrating when people are scrared of knives like this because of lack of rep. Its alot of nakiri for the cash, really great all around performer.
