I have a Kanehide TK 240mm for sale. asking 75 shipping included. Only used a few times. Has a little patina and comes with a basic saya.
Also have a Large CCK Cleaver. It is the same size as this cleaver on the site http://www.chefknivestogo.com/cckcleaver1.html But is it is fully stainless. Don't know what kind of steel it is, but it gets sharp and is thin. The only difference, besides the whole carbon stainless thing, Is the stainless version holds its thickness of the spine all the way down the blade. You can see this in one of the pics side by side of the stainless and carbon. Thus it makes it a touch heavier. I think it weighs about 13 or 14oz. Selling because I prefer the weight of the carbon version and I never use a gyuto for anything anymore and I just come to prefer a Cleaver for everything( I have 3 now). Also the tip has been rounded just a little

Didn't know CCK made a stainless version of the 1103. Cool. Nice snag Delmar.
