So between a new knife purchase and finally being forced to replace a computer we have been nursing along, I need to sell a couple knives. First is a Konosuke ginsan 210mm gyuto bought off the website. Great knife, hardly used, and comes with original box. It was used to cut up some Canadian bacon and a bell pepper. Feels nimble and lasery like an HD2, but with a bit more heft. If you like lasers or the HD series in particular, you'll like this. No complaints at all, and I'll own another for sure. Measurements are:

Next is a CJA Scorpion Forge gyuto in AEB-L with maple handle. If you've never tried one of Cris's knives, they are amazing. Cuts like a dream. This is his standard profile and has a medium feel to it with a leaning towards laser. Unbelievable performer. Used to cut up a few fruits and veggies, never sharpened and just like new. If I didn't have 3 other of Cris's knives, I wouldn't consider selling it. It's that impressive and fun to use. Measurements are:

Here's as good a shot as I can get with my phone. Cris does have a huge wait, but it's totally worth it. His knives are amazing and he's a stand up guy as well. I won't be too upset if I have to keep it, just could use the funds right now.

Picked up a 210mm CJA from @supersharp and it's phenomenal. Thought it would take some time to get used to the handle, but it's super comfortable and the knife CUTS! Top class blade and grind. Worth it for someone who wants to grab a superb knife from a great US maker.
