For sale is a brand new, never used Sakai Kikumori 270mm Sujihiki 'Nihonkou' Carbon Steel. Purchased from Bernal Cutlery ($140) and is HRC 63. This has been converted to wa-handle. The handle is Wenge and padak wood. Comes with a saya made from Walnut.
