Anryu Hammered Blue #2 180mm Gyuto - SOLD!

Description
Another one I didn't think I'd ever sell, but it's not getting much use. In great condition. Sharpened lightly two times if I remember correctly. Custom handle is ringed gidgee, ivory paper micarta, and African blackwood. Spine was chamfored when the handle was changed.

Dimensions:
Length - 180mm
Height - 42mm
Weight - 4.97 oz / 141 g (These are with the stock handle. New handle adds a little weight.)
