Re: WTS- Aizu Stone
Weekend bump.
FYI. I don’t think this is a crack, as much as a line that had the potential to crack before I mounted the stone to a board.

Re: WTS- Aizu Stone
I have an Aizu from this same batch of stones and it provides my second favorite all-purpose kitchen edge. In fact I sold 2 other Aizu's in favor of it. It also has reasonable polishing chops for a mid-grit natural. This is also one of the largest Aizu I have seen. Seriously nice stone here, folks.

Is this still available?
I'm a sushi chef from Seattle and have owned dozens of knives and stones over the last 24 years in the biz.

What's the grit range of this one? I've seen them varying from 800-2000 and 2000-4000ish.

While the posting I purchased this from said 1-5 k, I think it is on the higher grit side.
