I am looking for project knives. Preferably 240 with halfway decent heattreat.
Stainless and carbon
Preferably 240 mm, but I would love to know what else is out there.
I have had great luck with Artifex knives.

You should check out my old T-F posting, although my impression is that you are looking for budget project knives...

Thank you, I am looking for budget knives. I have picked used artifex for example for $40-60 and turned them into killer performance machines.
