Hakka Tomae

Post by ken123 » Thu Aug 30, 2018 4:26 pm

I rarely get these and thought I would post this here, hoping for a bit more activity here in my subforum. This one is sold but I do have one more. First come first served :)

This is a soft stone particularly nice to use on single bevel knives. Muddy. Full sized stones like these have gone for $1k here on CKTG.

Hey Ken. Wow that's nice.

I have one of these as a nagura I picked up from you a couple of years back. It's one of my absolute favorites.

Wish you hadn't posted this... you're filling my head with thoughts.... that will empty my wallet!

I have a hakka nagura that I got from Ken a few months ago too. I broke it down into fingerstones, and it is probably my favorite in terms of the contrast that it yields for kasumi. A full size stone sounds like fun!
