Nakiri with belly.

Post by ChefKnivesToGo »

i’m still looking for another Nakiri
i don’t particularly want a ‘flat’ Nakiri
i’d like one with ‘belly’ and quite thin behind the edge
i prefer Aogami Super, but the other White and Blue steels are just fine
under $200 would be better

thanks
Bill

Hi Bill,

This one would be a fun knife for you to try. It's a lot of knife for the money. https://www.chefknivestogo.com/mashna16.html

Perhaps the Yasunori? https://www.chefknivestogo.com/yabl2na16.html

I think it has the most belly out of any of my nakiri, except my super cheap Kai Wasabi.
