240mm Nigara Damascus Gyuto

Post by Carter »

Finally, this knife is finished and found a home. I have had this knife in the shop for about 2 years and during that time, it has had 3 different owners. It is a a beautiful knife and I am happy that it is finally being put to use. The handle and saya are Gaboon ebony, it is a rare find to get a piece large enough for a saya. The ferrule and endcap are nickel-silver with black spacers.

That ebony is hot! Really great choice to set off Nigara's damascus pattern.

I always thought that was a cool looking knife but that really makes it stand out.
Surprised that it had so many owners.
