Stainless damascus is now an option when ordering customs and there will be stainless dammy knives through the store occasionally. I'm currently using CPM154 and AEB-L.
Patterns that are available:
-Stainless San Mai damascus w/ stainless core
-Raindrop
-Chevron
-Ladder
-Oblique
-Sporadic Ladder
Here is an example of Relaxed Raindrop handled in carbon fiber, copper, and ironwood burl:

If these knives cut half as good as they look, then they can probably cut all the way through my granite counter top with minimal pressure!
