Stainless damascus is now an option when ordering customs and there will be stainless dammy knives through the store occasionally. I'm currently using CPM154 and AEB-L.
Patterns that are available:
-Stainless San Mai damascus w/ stainless core
-Raindrop
-Chevron
-Ladder
-Oblique
-Sporadic Ladder

Here is an example of Relaxed Raindrop handled in carbon fiber, copper, and ironwood burl:

If these knives cut half as good as they look, then they can probably cut all the way through my granite counter top with minimal pressure!

In all seriousness, I've already spent a lot of time looking at knives on your website. So many beautiful works of art. I definitely will have to save up for one soon!
