Suji and Honesuki Order

Post by HHH Knives »

Hey guys and gals. Here are a couple I sent out this week. The blade on the Suji is HHH River of fire pattern damascus and is approx 300mm tip to heel. Rounded spine and choil. The blade on the boning knife is HHH san mai Stainless cladding with Blue#2 core. Approx 160mm tip to heel. rounded spine and choil.

Both have matching handle materials. 1000+ year old Bog Oak and Musk Ox horn spacers. The Oak is amazing and pictures dont do it justice. There is flash and flair to the wood that is subtle. Yet dances in the light!

Here are a few images. As always I appropriate you checking out the thread and encourage you to comment, or ask questions etc.

Blessings
Randy

Very nice; that honesuki in particular is really to my tastes! (I think you mean honesuki and not honyaki!)

Comments: I'm short, a home cook, prefer lighter, thinner blades, and own mostly Konosukes but have used over a dozen brands.

I've seen a lot of your very unique and spectacular damascus creations over the years but something about that River Of Fire has always grabbed me, just LOVE it! Beautiful knives!

Hope all is well with that grandbaby of yours, Randy Jr and the rest of the family.
