I just got an email yesterday about the Takeda coins.

“Mark, I hadn’t talked in a bit so I thought I would let you know the progress. I had taken a few elements out of the design so that I could send the dies out to be laser engraved for the Kanji. This way it would look good at the scale. I should get them back In a week or so. After that I will be hand engraving some aspects of the design like the banner.

I’m a firm believer of making critical decisions by tossing a coin. This Takeda coin will join my EDC set.
