You have a knife for every day of the month, plus some. I think it's time to sell ;) Seriously though, what are you missing from the Kono collection? Looks like you got em all, say perhaps the Kono 210 bunka

Hahahaha....I will sell some stuff soon...but no Konos for sure ;)
Missing? Fujiyama Honyaki by Ashi.
And yes....definitely would love a Fujiyama bunka in Blue or white. I saw one with a KU finish that would be a nice addition. I like using Bunkas.

Very nice collection, very impressive!

I don't know man, it looks pretty diverse. (Sans a cleaver) But petties are always fun to buy. More and more I am using a 180 petty over my 240's.

thanks. yeah it is pretty diverse overall. i have thought about a cleaver but i really never reach for the nakiris so i kind of think i don't need the cleaver but i should try one out. there are a few makers I would like to try: comet, dalman, shihan...otherwise pretty happy with where the collection is, here is a better organized pic.

Being empty nesters and cooking just for the wife now, I find myself using smaller knives most of the time now.
