They look like they could give a real wedgie! Do they wedge a lot? How's the food release?

I have always wanted a denty, surprisingly, this is my first one. 52100 @ 210mm x 47 mm tall, came with the well executed saya.
I have not cut with it yet, but first impressions leave me feeling happy.

I absolutely love HD knives especially with that classic style ebony / blonde handle.
I also really miss my Ginsan Konosuke gyuto .
I really wish I never sold it.
