I'm surprised no one caught this one sooner. In the Looking for a Knife Recommendation? Please read this first. post:
2)What kind of knife do you want? (Gyuto, Santuko, Petty, Paring, Sujihiki, etc.)

Good catch. I think most of us don't actually read the questions and just look for the answers. Maybe that is how it slipped through the cracks...

Naw. Us forum nuts, we all speak "typonese" so we just let small things like that slide. :)

Not a typo, but one of the pictures shows, I think, the petty, not the honesuki.

https://www.chefknivestogo.com/yosg2gy21.html - Yoshimi SG2 Gyuto 210mm - •Spine Thickness at Base: 3 mm
https://www.chefknivestogo.com/yosg2gy24.html - Yoshimi SG2 Gyuto 240mm - •Spine Thickness at Base: 1.7mm

The 210mm spine thickness is 1.3mm thicker than the 240mm?

I fixed these. I rushed to put them on by copying another one of Kato's knives that had his location and steel etc and then went home before I fixed everything.

Fixed: Steel Type
Fixed: Method: Laser Cut
Fixed: Thickness on the 210
Fixed: Core Steel: SG-2

the sharpening stone index does not have a section for KOHETSU stones. you have to go into the grit level selections and look for them there

Both of the Kohetsu stones are under Suehiro Stones. I assume Suehiro makes these stones exclusively for CKTG.
