Kanjo Black Damascus Passaround
I need to finish the page today but this knife is really attractive and I thought I would pass one around to those that are interested in checking it out. https://www.chefknivestogo.com/kavgbldabu18.html
Ok, let's open this up to US customers only.

Re: Kanjo Black Damascus Passaround
Love to try it. Almost bought it yesterday because I want to try a bunka again, but I’ve also been eying the Matsubaras.
Happy to handle the pass around if needed as well.

Re: Kanjo Black Damascus Passaround
Is that going to be the standard handle? Looks gorgeous. Im mostly curious about edge retention.

Ok, let’s take 4-5 people and thanks for organizing it. I’ll send it to you first.

Re: Kanjo Black Damascus Passaround
I'd like to give it a try just because it's a bunka. Been curious about that style of knife for awhile now.

Re: Kanjo Black Damascus Passaround
Curious as well. I only have one smaller knife that isn't a petty.
I'm Dave. I don't take myself too seriously and you probably shouldn't either.
Re: Kanjo Black Damascus Passaround
I've created a separate thread in the passaround section to get the ball rolling.

Re: Kanjo Black Damascus Passaround
I’ll ship this out today, Jeffrey. I’ll try not to get it wrong.
Re: Kanjo Black Damascus Passaround
OK, there's been a streak, but just a short one, of shipping ... stuff. But that follows a very long streak of joyous arrivals!
Curious to see how this one looks in person. Grind seems well done from the photos. Be good to compared with my recently purchased Fujin VG10 and recently sold Tanaka VG10 (a helluva knife!). On a VG10 tear!

I bought a Matsubara 175 mm bunka I’ve been eyeing awhile. I’ll get it at the same time as the Kanjo so I can compare the two. Ought to make it a bit more interesting.

I've posted my impressoins of the Kanjo on the passaround thread.
